What we process
To tailor job applications for you we process: your email (for sign-in), the CV you upload, your job-search preferences, and the job postings you capture or that are discovered for you. Your CV is personal data; we treat it as such.
Where it lives
All account data, your CV, and generated documents are stored on servers in EU. Each user's files live in an isolated per-user directory.
Who it's shared with (processors)
- Anthropic (Claude) — your CV text and the job description are sent to score and tailor your application. Not used to train models per Anthropic's API terms.
- Job-board APIs (Adzuna, JSearch, etc.) — receive only search keywords and locations, never your CV.
- EU users are not routed to the optional China-based DeepSeek model.
We never sell your data, and recruiters do not get access to it — you submit applications yourself.
Your rights
You can download or delete everything at any time from Settings → Delete my account, which wipes your CV, generated documents, review history, tokens, and account row — irreversibly.
