What we process
To tailor job applications for you we process: your email (for sign-in), the CV you upload, your job-search preferences, and the job postings you capture or that are discovered for you. Your CV is personal data; we treat it as such.
Where it lives
All account data, your CV, and generated documents are stored on servers in EU. Each user's files live in an isolated per-user directory.
Who it's shared with (processors)
- Anthropic (Claude) — your CV text and the job description are sent to score and tailor your application. Not used to train models per Anthropic's API terms.
- Job-board APIs (Adzuna, JSearch, etc.) — receive only search keywords and locations, never your CV.
- EU users are not routed to the optional China-based DeepSeek model.
- Google Analytics — which pages are visited, and where visitors arrived
from. It never receives your CV, your email, or the contents of any application.
Page addresses are redacted before they are sent: an application's address is
reported as
/items/:idrather than its real identifier, sign-in links are stripped of their token, and query strings are dropped entirely. Advertising features and cross-device tracking are switched off.
We never sell your data, and recruiters do not get access to it — you submit applications yourself.
Cookies
The only cookies on this site are the one that keeps you signed in — which is required for the site to work at all — and Google Analytics' cookies, which are not.
If you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK, analytics stays switched off until you accept it: nothing is stored, and no analytics cookie is set, before you choose. You are asked once and the answer is remembered in your browser. Elsewhere, analytics is on by default, as local law allows. To change your mind, clear this site's data in your browser and you will be asked again.
Your rights
You can download or delete everything at any time from Settings → Delete my account, which wipes your CV, generated documents, review history, tokens, and account row — irreversibly.
